A big congratulations to our very own Kenzie Stephens, front desk manager at the Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach, for winning the 2018 IHG Best of the Best Experience Champion award! Kenzie has shown tremendous commitment to her team, position, and community and we can’t think of a more deserving candidate.
Kenzie is constantly surpassing her monthly and quarterly goals and is always updating her team on where they stand with their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Kenzie is always anticipates the needs of guests and problem solves at every turn. As general manager of the hotel, Lynsey, says, “Kenzie has certainly kept many of our guests loyal to our hotel and brand through her outstanding customer service.” In 2018, Kenzie also helped organize an IHG Beach Cleanup where the hotel team gathered over 11 pounds of trash.
