DKN Hotels, a premier Southern California hospitality management company, announced today that the 86-room Holiday Inn Express® Newport Beach has recently completed a $2.7 million renovation.
DKN Hotels, the hotel’s management company, has invested in the following renovations to the two-story property:
- Enhancements to public spaces, including a new lobby, expanded breakfast area and the addition of a market near the front desk for guests to purchase snacks and sundries.
- Guestroom upgrades with new room furnishings, mattresses, and bathroom fixtures.
- The addition of a shaded cabana area for guests to relax and enjoy a bit of privacy.
- An exterior refresh with new paint.
