Our most recent HAFH winner! From Michael Marriott Rewards Gold Member-All staff were courteous and helpful. One who went beyond the call of duty was Lynsey, who rescued our Disney vacation by tracking down and returning my briefcase I accidentally left in the super shuttle bus from the airport. It contained our passports, my granddaughters birth certificate, and travel vouchers and documents necessary to get home. She spent considerable time on the telephone waiting for a person to actually answer the phone, while continuing to cheerfully welcome and assist other guests as they arrived. Tyler also chipped in by distracting me from pacing around anxiously by going over the Disney ticket options, shuttle arrangements, and helping us make those arrangements. Clearly, had your staff not gone out of their way to be helpful, our trip would have been a disaster, rather than the very pleasant and fun vacation we had planned for our granddaughter! They deserve recognition for their efforts!
