From a guest talking about Eric – “Last Saturday night me and my wife were sitting in your courtyard having a glass of wine and saw your employee walking the parking lot cleaning up. We noticed there was a homeless man walking the parking lot as well. Your employee in a polite way approached the homeless man and asked him, “Is everything ok, how are you doing tonight?” The homeless man replied with, “I’m doing good, I’m just thirsty and I’m looking for a warm place to sleep because I have a job interview in the morning.” What your employee did next blew my wife’s and my mind. He asked the homeless man if he was ready for the interview and gave him some tips. He then literally gave him the shirt off his back as well as his very own tie and wished him luck on the interview. What my wife and I witnessed was astonishing. It was amazing and heartwarming to see. Hilton should be honored to have him working at their hotel, what a great example to have as an employee!”
